DIGITAL IMAGES with DARK BACKGROUNDS

Image (1) is a digital photo provided for engraving . This image is a good example to explain images with dark backgrounds and shading. The dark background and shadows against the couples dark hair and clothing really takes away from the engraving as seen with image (2). As seen with image (3), we edited out the background and the shadows, applied a faded border. After processing the image further, we engraved the image as seen in image (4).
